The Sanady Foundation started from an initial experiment in learning support carried out in 2006 on 60 children of employees of the Delassus Company in Agadir. It was gradually extended to other companies in the group.

With their parents’ enthusiasm and the students’ encouraging results, the Sanady Foundation was created in May 2009 to set up a support program to benefit the children of workers in other companies.

This experiment revealed a real desire by Moroccan companies to become involved in a socially-responsible project and to take part in the development of local communities.

At the same time, thanks to its expertise, Sanady was solicited by national and international sponsors who were concerned with Morocco’s socio-educational development to provide learning support classes for children living in socio-economic conditions that promote dropping out, especially in rural environments.
