Learning support pedagogy is a highly specialized activity, and the Sanady Foundation has made ongoing training of its team one of its priorities.
Sanady teachers mostly come from public schools, who the Foundation has selected and trained to give support classes outside their working hours.
In rural areas, Sanady has another model: learning support classes are given by young university graduates living in the region and searching for a job. This model helps to create job locally, to anchor the program in its environment and to make it sustainable. Furthermore, these graduates take initial and ongoing training helping them to reinforce their skills and to guarantee them better occupational integration.
Teachers and instructors are supported and monitored regularly by supervisors in order to verify that the methods are being applied by the whole team and to guarantee a high quality of education.
